BOOOOMMMMMBBBB!!! Coconut oil is going to give you a heart


It's all over the media. The American Heart Association says Coconut

Oil is BAD for us!

Is it true? Is coconut oil bad for us now?

Keep in mind that this is the same American Heart Association that

used to say Cholesterol is bad for us...

I have 3 things to say here:

#1- We can find scientific studies claiming that ANY food can cause

harm to our body. To take decisions based on these studies is not

enough anymore. Otherwise you would go crazy!!!

#2- The American Heart Association is forgetting to look at the

history of human beings. Coconut oil is a very traditional food all over

the globe. How something that has been used for thousands of years

be the cause for something relatively new such as the heart disease


#3- Coconut oil, not only helps with burning more fat, but also has 100

other benefits.
